maxis always have this problem

this month ask maxis to terminate the service, next month auto subscribed back the service

yet maxis say it's me who subscribe the service myself, no refund given.

I use the sim in usb modem, how daheck i subscribe the service

every month need queue live chat, waste time and so troublesome to get the refund back

i stop using maxis ever since
