Hardware problem caused by software update . Need to bring to sc to replace.

M4i is really one crappy product , not even a week already faulty and due to their own os update.

i found that the stock miui7, the minimum cpu frequency is 960mhz.
if i flash to RR Remix, does the kernel itself, cpu frequency lower than 960mhz ?

Urgh~~ Was thinking of 'upgrading' my Mi3 to this Mi4i but it seems like a downgrade after reading comment of mi4i being lag... so which xiaomi I shall use if im tryin to change my mi3?
