is not i want to tow the car , coz when i started the engine , come out warning sign that engine fault repair needed , and the car engine jerking can't drive.

Did they reflash or they only clear the error code?

just changed battery (yokohama) after > 18 months..
yokohama not that bad actually..
actually being warned by sc about 3 weeks ago that battery already weak..
today noted engine only can be started after 3rd ignition..

call up batteriku.com from my office.. they brought amaron pro batteries with 30 (THIRTY) months warranty..rm 310

hehe 8 months r..hope i will not spend money for battery for another 30 months ..my previous batteries, both last till atleast 1.5 year..

i dont think need to reset ecu..during my previous bttery changed, i just changed date n time only..

about alternator, recently the batteriku.com foreman already check with his voltmenter..not sure how to read, but he said alternator still ok..

i think any battery shop that familiar with peugeot can  check the alternator

If your car is 408t, the gb is Aisin AT6. This is a reliable gb, yours is the 1st problem I've herad. My car is completing 6years , starting 7th middle of this month,still very smooth. I would suggest you visit Renautech. 

If your car is 408NA, the gb is MT4 ( I may have the name wrong). A few issues have been reported by owners with this gb. I would suggest you visit Renautech. 

I don't trust the monkeys at SC! I fully recommend Renautech or Bros Auto. These guys know what they are doing. 2 months ago did major service at Renautech. Cost was $1K cheaper & I know for a fact proper work was done, I did some checking on my own! My engine is top notch and GB is still sikly smooth!
