Youtube video

It will be some time before I can send my car to the sc.. need some advice here.. as seen in the video, my car had this problem, where during engine cool, the engine faulty error message will come out.. after several minute of warm up the engine to 90c temp, I restart the car, the error will gone automatically, and it seem like no error at all occur.. my question here, is it safe for me to drive the car, until i have time to go to sc? Anyone have any idea, what wrong with my car? Does it have to do with engine oil, since it only happen during engine cooldown..

Hi bro,i'm not able to open your video,so not sure of your exact problem.

Since you are able to start the engine & if the engine operates without any problems, then it is ok.Safe to drive the car. It was probably just a momentary loss of electronic feedback signal to the ECU. This happens sometimes in these modern technology cars which utilize high level of electronics.

However if the problem starts to appear intermittently, then it's an impending failure. If the error appears everytime the engine cools down, then it's  sensor failure. In both the case, go to the SC asap.

Dont know why I the Youtube tag not working. Instead I use the link to open youtube in different browser. It is happening intermittently everytime during engine cools down. It will only be ok when the temperature ok already.

hi SKYjack.. I believe the SC told me, it might be HPFP problem. Do you know how much this item cost outside? As I might need to bare the cost myself, due to warranty void already.

Original is 2k+. There are German OEM which are cheaper.  IMO these are just as good.

Hi all, would like to check if anyone experiencing whistle sound from the front driver wheel when turning the wheel? It is very obvious if in basement parking... when to SC and they said it is common as most of the car has it. But my friend who own the same model doesn't encounter it which make me feel odd.. appreciate you advice on it. Many thanks

I have the same sound as well.. But I don't think its a big issue. Because my warranty is already void, so I ignore it, until something got broken. tongue.gif

anti-roll bar not much u can feel ..
springs : harder u change lesser the comfort ..
anyway the turbo version suspension is good enough .. not so hard ..
if no family .. i guess is ok to change it harder .. but from KL to ipoh ..
need to have a stop at bidor for butt massage .. ehehehehehe
*
What my thinking is, the comfort is enough for me and my family. But during fast corner, I feel like the car is not very stable. And on straight line, I can't go more than 170kmj. If I do that, I already feel like loosing control of the car.
