Mine is 2013 1.6 Turbo with 5 yrs warranty..will that warranty cover me if i have the same problem..hu3...

I will send my 408T for 100000km service... anyone has an estimate cost at SC? Before doing the service, i will ask them about extended warranty since my car has alittel bit of oil leaking at top head gasket,changed it once for foc of factory warranty..and also my turbo gives hissing sound which i believe it has no sound before.. if extended warranty does not cover all these, i better find Peugeot specialist out there to carry out my 100000km service which definitely would be much cheaper. I am using Mobil 1 and a mechanic told me to change to thicker oil grade. Opinions please

This is very subjective, driving style, combustion performance  as well as fuel quality. Since owning my lion every weekend i drive to KL from Karak. 1hr drive layan corner tekan kaw2. Happy pug!. Weekdays  drive 3km from home to office.

Hi guys,

I did my major 100,000 km service last month and now its due for normal service as ot clocks 110,000 km already..my 1st experience to do at independent sc tomorrow.. i bought petronas 5W-40 for 5 litres and oil filter couriered by tony euromotive KL.. anything else i need to know? The car- So far so good... i spent around RM3100 for major service, head cover and turbo hose replacement last.month at peugeot sc... hi2.. abis 3 yrs warranty then i complain for the problem... so sad..kih2...pay aja lor...

Anywhere i can upgrade my 408T software to stage 2 performance without changing parts? Is it safe? I mean damaging the engine maybe.. i used to chase after toyota prius C last month in Grik...and i would say it was not easy also to overtake that car...its acceleration shocked me up ... my lion needs to work harder but when it comes to selekoh... conti has its own character... any comments on this -

I bought the gear knob for RM70 on Mudah.my . Quality is 80 percent to the original..who cares...sc quotes me for RM300..hahaha

Last night at Karak Highway...i used manual gear change..but i noticed if the rpm was high while conering on 4th gear...the gear wouldnt shift down to 3rd gear... is it a programmed safety for the gb?

I love my 408 Turbo year 2013(July). I am clocking 128000 km on mileage. My 3 yrs or 100,000 warranty by Peugeot was awesome and i had no problem at all while complaining at Kuala Terengganu Branch. 2 yrs extended warranty by insurance for me is nonsense since it covers ònly the engine and gearbox. Engine means the engine itself and other parts outside of the engine are not tolerated. E.g. turbo and bla..bla... these are what i have experienced so far since 105000 km and i am not complaining about the parts price but i am wondering whether my lions parts are equipped with the lowest quality of parts. So humiliating.. senang rosak..proton wira pun lagi lambat rosak..HAHAHAA.

List of the 'stupidity' since 105000 - 128000 km
It starts with the valve cover (replace) then...next..next...
a. Turbo charger (crack at the air intake wall). Replace.
b. ABS sensor .replace
c. High pressure turbo sensor Replace
d. Aircond compressor & condenser.

Guess what... the mechanic told me "u kira lambat kena... ramai org sudah kena lagi awal lor" . He showed me the records.. i felt blessed..hahahahahaa..

TQ Ali Express online platform for China OEM part (turbo charger). Still looking for original parts ka? 3 yrs plus suda expired semua. No.need la bros..dont waste ur money on original parts lor..

I.will not buy any Naza disributed cars in future. My 7 years Camry and 9 yrs Harrier are so happy to serve with a very minimal.default and I would not blame Toyota if the main parts needed to be replaced after 7 yrs..but unluckily they are still.as handsome.as before. . bye2 NAZA.

P/s: i write this based on my personal experience and 3 yrs.of servicing car at KT branch was.awesome. my main point is why the parts are too not realiable when it reaches 3-4yrs.

Plan now cuma kasi abis je la loan yg ada 3 tahun lagi.. untunglah for those purchased the turbo model with 7 yrs warranty. Mine turbo also but warranty 3 + 2. Hi2.. apa nak buat.. hadap je la. Some frens tya pasal Lion kerana diaorg ckp nampak.mcm syok amik corner and it is true. I dont deny the fact but the ugly truth needs to be revealed as well lar... hi2.. then kalau diaorg nak amik risk...please buy at own decision..hu2.. my lion nmpk gaya kasi kat anak je la nanti..haha
