This morning I've got brake failure + ESP failure lights and message. My brakes are working fine. I suspect senor failure or even worn brake pads. Done 50k km and have not changed pads yet!

Time for me to checkout an independent Peugeot workshop!

Same goes to me. This morning got that warning light. I presume it because of sensor failure. So i just drove back to Kuantan and planning to send to SC this weekend.
Touchwood, safely arrived to kuantan.

2 days ago my car was having continous strong pullback during gear change 2 3 and 4. Only smooth when driving.in 5. It as though cannot move and then it pull forward jerkingly. At that time the fuel.was low.but.no warning yet. After full.tank there is no prob. I think HP fuel pump gone again. It was changed around May.

Please refuel your car before warning light on to keep your HPFP healthy.

Got my ABS problem fixed. It was a rear wheel speed sensor. Damage total is $360 ( spd sensor $290,labor $70) I think SC will charge about $600. Hope bro RON408 who is making a warranty claim gives us SC charges for comparison.

Bro SKYjack,

Just complete replaced my ABS sensor. only rear RHS was faulty. Part RM218.50 Labour RM45. Total Damage RM0. All covered under warranty.

no such thing. the warning light comes on when 50 liters have been consumed. I have refueled max 54 liters and no problem . of course if u say don't 100% empty the fuel tank then that's a different story.
*
I was referring to don't let your fuel 100% empty lah bro. Better refuel rather than you stuck at the roadside. icon_rolleyes.gif

Thanks for the advice bro.

But is it acceptable since even after warning light, we still have a about 6 liters of fuel.

What I am trying to say is that while it is good to do what you and the SC have requested but is this an acceptable quality of HPFP? My car cannot simple stop middle of the road or have this pull back while I am driving when I still have fuel. Does all other car behaves the same way?
*
I remember you already replaced the HPFP long time ago... I don't think the HPFP fail again.
Repeated issue/failure, i advice you to report to CLIC.
BTW, good luck bro.

Bro RON408, I'm very surprised to learn our engine has premature carbon build up. I was under the impression our engine had the necessary mods to prevent this carbon buildup.

Can I ask how much city and urban driving you do a month?
*
I'm also surprised that our engine has this premature carbon built up. But it happened, i was standing supervision during decarbonisation process. My mechanic snap those pics using my phone. The carbon residue is there...

Years back later i was read at the net that our engine was successfully tested up to 60k without carbon built up due to new mod intoduced for EP6CDTM.
For me any DI engine will experience this whether excessive carbon built up or not.

This is very subjective, driving style, combustion performance as well as fuel quality. Since owning my lion every weekend i drive to KL from Karak. 1hr drive layan corner tekan kaw2. Happy pug!. Weekdays drive 3km from home to office.
