QUOTE(jfcheong @ Jan 11 2016, 03:06 PM) Eugyn did claim that compressor under extended warranty. Thanks for the feedback. I actually did that after my post here and yes, they are quite efficient and gave recommendation to expedite the whole process. You may forward an email to CLIC, get them to assist on the follow-up to speed up the process. In my past experience, CLIC did good job. |

QUOTE(SKYjack @ Mar 8 2016, 10:28 PM) That is very good price for THP model. Since you are close to Belakong, go there to validate your warranty booklet. Just received call from Balakong SC to collect car for 3 recall parts. Sent last Tuesday and going to collect now.Belakong is HQ for service & repairs. Initially with 308, the engine had a lot of problems. That time it was total chaos, thing were just getting started. At that time after reading the Pug forum, I wanted to stay clear of Peugeots. Over the years big improvements have been made. Today this engine and gb are easily the most reliable Conti. Situation at Belakong has changed a great deal too, they have improved by big margine. You should use them. |

QUOTE(SKYjack @ Mar 14 2016, 06:47 PM) I'm sure your Lion must be roaring to get out of cage! Give us your feedback. Temperature sensor replaced end of 2014 when faulty. But saw it was part of the exercise and the part cost RM 500I've got 5 items on the enhancement pack for my car. Going in next week. Was also told it will take a week. January 2016 - change faulty air con compressor - extended warranty Today's total was RM2868 excluding labour but it's FOC due enhancement a.k.a recall Major parts: - CamShaft Gear ADM & Gear ECH - Timing Chain - Timing Tensioner - Elec Pump - Repair Kit cost RM 341 ??? Anyway it took less than a week to get it done (4 and 1/2 days in total) at Balakong, but no courtesy car and 408 2.0L not affected by this exercise So far feel good |

QUOTE(Scud_eSpade @ Sep 15 2016, 11:17 AM) Guys, Im surprise SC said no maintenance for our aircond in the schedule. Im already hit 50k and aircond seems not as powerful as before That's the standard price for servicing in SC. Did mine there and end of last year my compressor give way. Had it replace and took 3 weeks for adjustor to review due to extended warranty and etc. Not sure if service aircon outside will affect warranty but can check with other owners here. Peugeot aircon not as cold as those Japanese cars I would say.Do you service outside or service center? Is there any risk service outside? SC quote me rm250 for aircond service incl compressor cleaning, referigirant topup and anti bac, is it ok? |

QUOTE(Scud_eSpade @ Sep 15 2016, 01:24 PM) Any simptom before compressor give way? Symptoms - aircon not so cold, takes time to cool the cabin, sometimes cold but other time just air blower until it eventually fail totally.Since there are no schedule service requirement should not affect warranty. I just worry those outside shop kelentong me only and charge kaw kaw or there is something different for our aircond service. Any forummer got outside service experince? Never service outside before, but my compressor was replaced at Petaling Jaya Old town (authorized vendor) - not by Naza too. |

QUOTE(SKYjack @ Aug 11 2017, 08:56 AM) Yes bro, 7year warranty is already in place. I'm surprised it is subtle! Maybe cos the 3008 is on soft launch at the moment. I trust we'll hear of 7year warranty , during the official 3008 launch. This is the info:https://www.docdroid.net/mBUCHdK/peugeot-wa...nchancement.pdf |

QUOTE(SKYjack @ Aug 24 2017, 11:00 AM) Oh is it! There may be some condition attached, otherwise we can continue to claim new battery when old one dies. I believe battery is always 1 year warranty from the day you change or when you collect the car.... I am one of the early customer, no news from Nasim! It must like the recalls, you ask for it you get it, keep silent nothing happens. |
