For the documents that I have to upload, do I only have to upload SPM results and ID card if I'm study for foundation?

What does certified mean? Is a photo enough

Certified true copy means get the relevant official to sign the photocopied copy.

But during this time, just scan the cert or take a photograph will do and submit.
