Windows 10, Firefox 40.0.3 here. No such problems encountered. Chrome problem possibly?

Looks like the issue is fixed.

Not fixed. But I realised that this issue happens only at computer that I've already logged in before the issue started. So I assume the issue is not LYN side but some caching issue related to Chrome.

Reporting in again. Chrome version 45.0.2454.101 m. AVG, Windows 7 professional. Haven't encountered this issue.
