Just now as I was surfing in Kopitiam, suddenly my LYN id got logged out for no reason.

I tried to relogin, but cannot. I had to open an incognito mode to relogin into LYN forum. Why suddenly this happen ? @@

I did an upgrade to our webserver software today, but I'm not sure if it's related.

Erm you should change your password right now, because people can login with your session id or pass hash cookies.

This cookie expire 2014 in Normal mode, but in Incognito, 2015? Maybe this problem?

Coz the error I getting while login is "You must enter a username".

Cookie set liao expire, then on POST, find cookie, but cookie expired jor, so no username...

Hmm that's really odd and I can't reproduce it. Could you try clearing cookies for forum.lowyat.net and see if the problem still happens?

Step 1 : Cleared all cookies. Some are auto generated on refreshing page







Step 2 : Login via Normal Mode





Step 3 : Error occur. "You must enter a username". Re-enter credentials are click log in / press enter

Its firefox portable edition. Thats no installation. Just create new folder and extract to it. But please remove existing firefox first. This portable u can OPEN and EXTRACT at win xp . Vista . Win 7 win 8.

My formal account can't even log in even i tried clearing cache cookie and use incognito.

Had to create a new acc.

Having the same issue. Tried on my Windows laptop and tablet. Same issue. On my Android phone, no problem.

Chrome browser. Windows 10. No AV. Cleared all cache but still the same. However can login via incognito mode.

Nop. Doesn't solve. But looks like the problem is more related Google Chrome. I am now using Internet Explorer and can login.

However, I only have login issues with Lowyat. Sites like Fb and other login related websites are working well on Chrome.

before this , I also become like this.. after reinstall chrome many time cant solve it..

Lastly, I clean all the cookies using CCleaner (also not happen) and Auslogics BoostSpeed (solved everything)

Now , I can login to reply here..

ViRaViRa SmartGuy1990 bandit9956 afif92 I fixed a problem that was causing duplicate (and conflicting) login cookies to be sent from our server. (thanks to bandit for pointing this out)
