I know it may differ from state to state, and shopping mall to shopping mall, and best price normally is at ground floor.

Just want to know the market price now, as not much info on shopping mall unit tat i can find on the internet. Maybe you can list down yours for our ref..... icon_idea.gif

Midvalley need to queue for the units I heard. About 20,000 to 30,000 a unit for corner lot.

Those money changer in KLIA are paying about 30,000 a month too.

if kuantan ecmall last 3 year..
1. it's based on base amount.. e.g 5k. but if you got profit 300k. rental are are base 10% your sales..
2. electric are separate payment.. make sure have 1k for electric..

This strategy i heard before, their pos system need to connect to the building, so they know how much sales per month you done, but not how much profit lah

yes and it's horrible idea. i help some shop doing the integration before.. unsure it continue or not.. haha i know some sales shop lol.... icon_idea.gif .Because of that you will see some shop wouldn't survive in 6 month unless got anchor tenant.Even big co also cannot tahan the rental since the revenue not so so much.
The most you can see example in kuantan was megamall, when it's on hot time.. rental markup til 5k , new mall come out still wanted the same rental rate. Cannot lo..

Chattime depends on location...the one in 1U near popular bookstore crazy sales...dunno wtf so good about chat time....powdered color sugar drinks with cheap flour "pearl" selling over RM10....gila. I rather drink the fresh fruits juice downstair (Energy Booster).

Chat Time in CentrePoint (i think it's chat time if i am not wrong), no people wan.

btw, there was a lots of reports these kind of powdered drinks is not safe in Taiwan (it originates from Taiwan).

Push cart at MV LG level is renting for rm8k in yr 2004. Food court counter rental is rm12k for intermediate & rm18k for corner. It depend on size & location of the shop in mv. 20k - 30k could be those very low traffic section in mv

In year 200x, those prime spot in klcc concourse area is renting at 80k. Not sure the current rate..

This one i m sure not workable, no mall will agree with this kind of arrangement

Even if u rent ur house out, do you let them just stay for one month? After one month u need to find another tenant.... Double work

I ask before with one mall, min. one year rent, plus option for additional one year and option to extend another one year , total 3years

The higher floors are pretty much like ghost towns. Only the bottom few floors still got some crowd. Heard management is cutting rental like crazy just to retain tenants to stay. Even with the hugely reduced rental some tenants still can't cover their cost

Shop lot size like Digi/Umobile in arrival level over there in klia2 is around 15k plus 10% monthly gross sales.

It stated in klia2 getaway TA.

walau donno how these people can afford so much just on rental. Those popular shops ok la, but popular shops only a handful the rest doubt they can even cover cost of staff?
