I wan to complaint about Barry0510.

He asked me not to nego the price, coz selling cheap....everything is in the package...just need to buy monitor and HDD. So i went to search for HDD and monitor. I accept his price and ask him where to COD. Since both of us and the items are in SG, we agreed to do COD at Sg Bueno Vista MRT. But this morning, when i sms him for futher details, he didn't reply me. I sent him 2 sms, but no reply too.

Then i check his thread, and there he was, negotiating wif others....so i pm him. And he reply saying tat someone give higher price, and i'll get the items if that guy FFK.

I felt cheated....coz i already agree to buy monitor and HDD wif other ppl liao...if he FFK me, then how i answer to the others?
Why he didn't reply my sms, but come here to find other buyers???!! If i didn't kacao his thread, is it that he will just ignore me like tat?

Then i post in his thread saying wat he does is wrong....then he sms says he is sorry and stuff.....and said he already receive the other party's cash!! ask me not to ruin his reputation and post in the thread.....so, i replied him 3 sms, asking him to honour our agreement ....but he didn't wanna reply until now. So here i am....

All i hope is tat he could stop the deal wif the other guy and deliver his promise to me. That's all. Since the item not yet delivered...he still can refund the money. And i think that would be fair to me.

this kind of case happened alot in lowyat..FFK and so on..dont feel cheated ..most of the seller reply u with ,"i got higher offer wor" means they wan to jack up the price so that u might consider to counteroffer ..

is normal cases happening in LYN...
for me will do it so... but i do it in appropriate way... at least i made T&C clearly before deal...

once i deal with buyer, will ask for 1 week allowance if buyer agreed... if any1 offered higher price, i will cancel the deal and sell to other buyer... if within 1 week not 1 offer higher price, will sell the unit as promised...

the seller's attitude made u piss off, get nothing when COD, i can understand tat... perhaps the seller dont know ur feeling if FFK...

did the seller mentioned that "Item reserved to u?"

there isn't any T&C ma....
and he said he consider my offer first becoz i can COD...
so i accept his offer without nego le....
if got bidding then better....i langsung no chance to know wat is happening...
and the thing already sold....

he sure won't understand my feeling ma....say sorry or watever...
coz he untung more ma....i'm the one who rugi le.....

wat makes me angry is he ignore all my sms....until i try to kacao his thread...

did you asked him to reserve the item for you and did he mentioned that he'll reserve it to you?

y need to reserve the item when already arange to COD??

reserve is b4 u comfirm the sales ma....

once u've confirm the deal, u should ask the seller to reserve the item for you pending COD

if a seller reserved the item for you means he wont be selling to other ppl til COD with you

You reserve an item after you have confirm to buy, not before you confirm you want to buy

well, in my case i don't think that would have help.

in this case u mean ppl are more prone to FFK when they confirm and less when they reserve??

anyway confirm/reserve is really not nessesary if both party already commited to settle the deal rite?

franky speaking, i think you should let this go and move on since greedy is always the nature of human beings. besides that, there is nothing you can do other than complaining in this thread. this is a forum and not a commercial website where there is an enforcer to prevent this kind of things happen. i knew how you felt after being FFK and be sidelined by the seller. but this kind of thing happen everywhere especially internet business where you cant see the face of the seller. just chill out and be more careful on future deal. just my 2 cents.

p.s. there is alot of dishonest and no honour people in our society. live with it.

negotiate -> reserve -> deal(confirmed) -> COD -> cash and carry...

since tat seller can do COD, which means confirmed will sell to buyer, not necessary to reserve... can say tat it was a fast deal...

If possible paste out the conversation between you and the seller

well, since he don wan his reputation & honour then i can't do anything at all....i can only make others aware of him...too bad didn't know who hijack the deal!
Hope that he learns something from this and don't sia suey m'sian name in SG!

which i don't think is the correct way.

what i meant was both of you nego, and once you confirm you can deal with him you ask him to reserve, and seller will consider, once he agreed to reserve for you he'll notify you, den only both COD

IF u can show a screencap of a PM or a digi pic of the SMS he sent to u saying he is going to COD with u at a date it could make ur compliant more stronger.

then the seller will wait for my comfirm

then i comfirm, then the next will b COD

no need to reserve once is already comfirm the deal
y need to reserve when u even comfirm to COD?

1 thing b4 u trying to confirm a purchase from a seller..always leave a small amount of deposit to ensure that item is urs...if he tend to increase the price,means the seller wrong..i always book item with a small amount of depost so that he wont sell the item to others if i need some time to COD with him...

hello yihyan, this kind of person, i hope u can get out from lowyat,
i stay lowyat so long and never saw this kind of people...
yup, i admit we have nego with the price, i also said dun nego with me.
when when i pm you u really want or not but u never reply.
at night, someone pm me said willing to offer me higher price and bank in to me immediate, if u are seller, what will you do??
tomorrow i going to prove to elite what u have sms me and let all the people see how rude you are!!!!!

i just ask him where can cod in singapore only, and he never reply me!
if you are the seller, within the waiting time someone offer much much more higher than you, will you sell to him??

conclusion, i really felt luck that i didint sell this nice and cheap rid to this person "yihyan", after i said item reserved for someone,
he keep going sms me with "dirty" words and try to irritating me.

and the Engineering sample is when i dismiss my pc part, take out the cpu fan, then i just realise mine one is Engineering sample, then i got inform to my buyer that this is engineering sample, do you want it?
he said ok, then we just close our deal!

i think since 2003 i joined this forum. i never get complaint.
all of my deal is the fast deal and clean...
cos my friend working in AMD factory, so i go ta lot of kang tao to get engineering sample. i think i sell the engineering sample here more than 4 or 5 units, no people complaint me before.
