KL view nice but it comes with highway noise from the Duke

But then once there are too many that also have KL view in one development its no more a novelty liao..

the development is on steroids - so fast the building went up ..

anyway, new road infrastructure coming up nicely
around the area and jalan ampang jelatek road being widened now ..also underpass at G eastern mall to desa pandan for motorists to avoid the jln tun razak notorious jam - all this should be ready this year.. rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

Cant wait to get my hands on my unit!

Sifu's, need everyones advice here.

Presuming i bought one of the high rise units (850square feet), how much could i sell them for upon receiving my keys ?

I am aware that i would be taxed a certain percentage if i decide to flip a unit before 4 or 5 yrs of ownership

4TH YEAR=20%
5TH YEAR=15%

tats why so many upcoming leleong predicted or firesel for those zero holding power

Market value if u
Lucky=no drop or same as S&P
Unlucky=drop a bit

Really Unlucky=drop Rm200k

Genereally upon completion no market value coz those bodoh valuers no guts to give high market value their most common xcuse is "no transaction "

Anyway, can always visit the show room again. Got show unit right for 770 sqft. Or already dismantle?
Another choice is change the door. Many yard door using bifold type. so will safe a little space.
