Hi,

Anyone has idea on this project?

As a friend of mine is looking for own stay but i've tried to search in this section but cant find any related thread.

Seasons Garden@Wangsa Maju BY SCP Group

850 sqft
RM560k (discount 10%) so nett RM513k
Launched and building
Comes with only 2 aircond and 1 Carpark

Any comment on this project?

Worth for own stay? Or any other better recommendations?

Heard is a quite high dense project, 1500 units, some more there will be more new condos around like irama wangsa, have to think twice about the traffic. Btw is 850 sft enough for you? and also 1 carpark? wangsa maju have a lot of alternative new project now btw.

Seems like the thread got removed, we used to have one thread on that development.

Own stay is OKAY since entry point is low, considering other project costing almost 3 quarter of a million (Irama, Infiniti, Wangsa 9, Riana Green). Not to mention maintenance fee is only 0.18 cents psf.

It is suitable for single professional or young working couples to stay in.

1. booking 1k
2. 10% discount (no need dp)
3. upon loan approved, u get back ur 1k.
you may want to dropby to get accurate info.

Just checked, it comes free legal fees and disbursement fees as well, on both loan and SPA. Does your SA telling the same? Not to forget about the free 1st year maintenance fees.

I just went to showroom yesterday, they are giving rebated of RM12k + 28k or 38k ( lucky draw ) if you can sign S&P within a month.
