phase 1 and 2 completion time the same?
900 sqft layout quite nice. long type living room.
850 sqft with 3+1 room a bit small I guess.

The rooms sizes are small, but it give more rooms for ppl to stay.. pros n cons..

you survey Bennington by skyworld? heard completion next year. but I guess should be more expensive with the facilities provided.

Current market, 430k can get u bigger size at Sentul area.. Wangsa maju maybe older condo (but bigger size) such as PVs cost around 500k+...
I buy this cos near completion, cheaper, and 3 rooms... or you can consider KL Traders Square, freehold...

Only realize that KL Trader Square also same developer. Wow. They go all out massive development 2 big projects at close proximity.

Yeah, both high dense.. if KLTS can complete earlier, I would have chose it...now SG expected to complete 1yr early, thats crazy..

weird, usually low floor start to pay interest earlier.. hence the accumulated interest amount paid is higher, which make sense to compensate for lower house price than higher floor than pay interest later....

lucky draw is RM30k, RM40k or RM50k.
30K is minimum cash rebate you will get.

Bennington macham yes, (facade and facilities) this 1 I dunno..
How's the density? Maintenance fees? And how much selling now?

I bought it only this year... from other buyers, price now after rebate is very similar to early buyer, maybe higher a bit.. those buy in middle pay higher premium cos dont have that draw (even house price lower a bit)...

i think bennington much pricier than this SG, but maybe lower dense. and better facilities..

FYI, i only noe when I visit bennington, their showroom is full with mosquitoes... agents said that place memang like that... LOL
