Hi, Unfortunately, we are unable to delete the CRT as it only can be done from your side either from any one of the methods given. If you are using the website, you need to bring your cursor to the CRT selected and click the trash icon in order for you to delete the CRT. Anyway, if you are using *131#, kindly provide us the screenshot of the error occur when you try to do it. Thank You |
