i already to access website, dial *100#, *131# and *200#. all cannot delete the caller ringtone. please cancelled for me the caller ringtone for following phone no.: 017-xxx1289 immediately.

Hi,

To delete caller ringtone, you may do that by dial to *131# and choose manage CRT > delete CRT. Other option it also can be done by login to http://www.musicunlimited.com.my/maxisweb/home.do.

Unfortunately, we are unable to delete the CRT as it only can be done from your side either from any one of the methods given. If you are using the website, you need to bring your cursor to the CRT selected and click the trash icon in order for you to delete the CRT. Anyway, if you are using *131#, kindly provide us the screenshot of the error occur when you try to do it.

Thanks Maxis! I found the' trash 'when i saw the 'play' button accidentally. i try to click the empty place beside 'play' and saw it appear LOL
