Malaysian Gov themselves are not training homegrown terrorist, but religious extremist training themselves to go on Jihadi vacations.
IMO, the recent re-fundamentalism of Malaysia and the rest of the world after the Iranian revolution have contributed greatly to possibilities of these.
Even if our contribution to the clusterfuuckk is insignificant compared to Al-Saud, we can't deny that there are elements in MY and Indonesia doing it.

hamas parachute training in MY though it's more likely they're here as tourist than as commando to begin with.

that's an issue with local attitude problem, but that's only concealing extremist intentions at most, but not acting on those intentions yet.
I wouldn't rule out Malaysians actually funding them just yet, but it's mostly some clerics brainwashed by Saudi rhetoric or too lazy to actually come up with actual intellectual things to talk about imo.

The way I see it, if you can make a cruise missile stealthy after launch, why cant you make a missile stealthy prior to launch
