sorry to hear that but other than the bad service the design of their lightings are vast at least it's different from famous Puchong lighting shops which i have frequented they are almost identical design.
lesson learned here is to check and test one by one on the spot to eliminate all the hassle and argument.
if time constraint then need to prioritize the purchase, other than pendant / wall / down lighting that needed to rush for electrician to install others are just buy and plug so can get it at later stage.
imo testing and checking is not very time consuming, selection part is the most time consuming.

A good way to get them to replace everything back is through tribunal. If you win your case, the judge will either ask the shop to return some of your money or commit to fix the defect product.

If the shop did not fullfill, the enforcement officer will come to get the owner.

Really need to give lesson to dishonest shops like this

Indeed I was pretty impressed by the lights they are selling, the designs are very up to the 'designer' style, that's the reason why I drove so far away just to buy lights from them. I have been to almost all the light shop in PJ area, some shop are selling lights with really cheap price but no guarantee on quality and designs also not special. Others are selling lights damn expensive with special design and I can't afford to buy it for whole house considering the whole house needs about close to 10 pendent light/chandeliers.

I wouldn't say their lights are cheap but at least it is reasonable for me looking at the design and quality despite my electrician actually told me there is other shop selling the same lights with cheaper price ( located in cheras as told by my electrician).

Actually I am not saying that they didn't want to replace the broken parts or to replace those parts that were missing, everytime I told them about something, yes they will tell me they are going to replace it. Of cos if they don't want to replace it then I will bring this to tribunal lah. Just that I am feeling, i'm only buying some lights from them and I have to go through all these hassles? call and call and call, arrange and arrange and re-arrange? wait for them for so many hours (my house got no where to sit as it was under reno), how not to be angry? just to buy lights end up I have to waste so many days of my leave, also have to pay the electrician for him to come over and do nothing. My electrician also shake his head by looking at the hassle I go through.

if u tried taobao before then u wil get to noe their price r not reasonable...(even after include shiping cost n all d risk). I get d exactly same item from hz of lighting, yet, d price cheaper almost 100%.(it doesn't mean that expensive stuff must be in good quality, it may be of the profit).but still, depends one personal if u feel it's value for money.

hi shaoching, hz of lighting got such design meh? I went there twice but didn't see anything I like, wanted to buy their chandelier that time with really cheap price, only rm100-rm200 per chandelier, but the sales person is too honest to tell me don't expect good quality with this price, and warned me that after 1-2 years the glass will become not so shinny and metal will tend to have stain, that's why I didn't buy there.

they might don hv designer lamp as their marketing most towards public and normal decoration. but still, do others shop can gv u a promise on quality n lifespan if dey selling in higher price? nowadays, ntng can last long as manufacturer strategies is to get end user for repurchase after a period.

I bought from Mr. Bright lighting a couple of designer light cost around 1K+ few months back. Overall i am satisfy with them.

Good things:
- price relatively reasonable compared to other lighting shop in KL. the same lighting cost more in cima lighting
- more towards our taste in terms of design

Bad things:
- Got some minor defect. We glu it back ourselves
- for item that is out of stock, he just post it to us. But this take a longer duration than promised.

There are other contractor that give us more headache, so i think their service still above average.

ya actually my electrician also told me the same thing saying that other shop selling same/similar design with cheaper price. But that time I didn't feel regret or anything because as long as I like it I don't really mind the price, I also really malas to go further to other shop to check out the price. It's the service I'm talking about, with the money paid yet I get this kind of service makes me really pissed off.
