Looking at the map there is no jam on highway, only jam spot in KL.

So if you drive according to speed limit then yes i might take 1 hour 15 mins, usually it takes me 20 minutes toll to toll.

Toll fee is RM6.9 Seremban to KL. Not too bad, Shah Alam to KL using MRR2 + Smart Tunnel also cost RM4 + RM3 (RM7) per trip.

I have personally checked it myself whenever i am there, I didn't find anything unusual.

I also spoke to my friends who have stayed in the village near KA since they were young, no one has complaint about this matter. Sometimes they joke they get sick easier when they come to KL. 

KA has compiled with the stringent requirement of DOE, one should not over worried about it. This is better to leave the waste management to the expert rather than leave the land unattended or occupy by unknown factory.

Of course this is the preferred option anyway BSS buyers should have done their due diligence before signing the dotted line, they know about KA before buying the property.

However I found most of them who said KA doing this and that actually unable to provide solid evidence or may have certain motive, one should see with his/her own eyes and feel it themself instead of listening to unfounded allegation.

The Department of Environment (DOE) has confirmed the air quality level based on air quality monitoring carried out by DOE, Alam Sekitar Malaysia (ASMA) and Kualiti Alam since 28 February 2015. Anyway one can't relate the skin disease with KA until there is scientific evidence.

Any government with sound mind will not let Royal Malaysia Air Force to operate here if KA is so bad.

Actually that's a plus point, since we know that BSS is politically linked, well... it is MP Hassan's project, this is a known fact, which means this place will be given priority and carefully taken care of by the state government. 

This can be well justified by all the major infrastructures that were developed alongside to the development of BSS. Roads are wide and straight, new toll @ Ainstile is opened recently, another new toll will be completed by 2018.  A new highway will to connected to KLIA, etc. 

Without the government influence it is difficult to have this kind of progression.

That's why BSS can sell like hot cakes!

Haha another "force to grow" area will be Labu that belong to Sime Darby's (being a GLC Sime Darby political connection is beyond doubt) which is located next to BSS and almost equal distance from KA.

Don't forget HSR Seremban station is located in Labu
BSS+ Bandar Ainsdale +S2 residents are the major beneficiaries as Labu not yet fully develop and Seremban old town is a bit far from the station.

When Malaysia Vision Valley Infrastructure Rollout Plan up later this year, whole Seremban District + part of Port Dickson will be forced to grow too.

This private launch is to give owners a priority to select the units they want. This is a common practice in the market, I am sure Sam gor you know as well. Being given priority is also to reward the owner's loyalty.   

But owner's buying doesn't mean they are the one staying there. I spoke to a few people, the parent is buying for the son, the son is getting one for the sister cousin, siblings moving in to BSS, friends are recommending friends, etc. Families  and relatives wanting to live nearer to each other, that's quite common as well.

Heard that very high rebate offer for the day, I suspect GS Realty is the one who "manipulate" this, so many young people there the youngest is a 19 years old property agent.....

I expect high reject rate and transfer ownership between purchasers yesterday to those not able to get a unit then.

I think not just current purchaser but public as well otherwise what for they carry out registration for few months.

Understand that the rebate about 13%, the speculator may gain from this rebate by selling to other people with lower rebate.
This may work in good time but at this soft market, who died died must buy BSS??
