Btw, SK will be built by state government soon, it make all type of schools be it SJKC, SJKT, SM and International Schools are available in BSS

...the Negeri-Sembilan developer is teaming up with NECL and NHC to set up a plant in Sendayan TechValley in the state to manufacture pre-fabricated building materials using the Industrialised Building System (IBS) method.

The partnership sees the formation of a JV company called Matrix IBS Sdn Bhd, in which Matrix Concepts holds a 80% stake, Japanese companies Nissin Ex Co Ltd (NECL) a 12% stake and Nihon House Corp (NHC) the remaining 8%.

The plant, which is set to commence operations in the third quarter of 2018 and has capacity to supply materials to 700 terrace houses a year, will produce pre-cast IBS products mainly for the group’s future housing development projects.

If hospital build in Sendayan Airbase, this is only for air force and their family

Hope government polyclinic will be built outside the base for public

In fact, the Sendayan air base is three times the size of the old airbase in Sungai Besi, while the combined total of the "whole 8 locations (including sendayan) is 6.3 million square foot, three times pu area Kuala Lumpur", LSS highlights.

"So, please do not say again that 1MDB bought Sg Besi airbase very cheap.

I tot normally there is doctor station in all arm forces camp if not mistaken.

Ya I think government poly clinic more practical, anyway you need 25-30 minutes (18km) in order to reach Tuanku Jaafar Seremban Hospital.

Well in 3 to 4 years time a 400 bed private hospital will be in operation in BSS.

Police Station as big as 5 acres land not small ya,I suspect it is located near by Hijayu Aman, just opposite RMAF Air Base. If so, SK may be located there too.
