The good scoring mark in the GBI index meaning good to environment but might not to the customers/employees/residents.....
Last time I visited the Suruhanjaya Tenaga which certified as GBI Platinum level.... The staff commented very hot working environment during initial stage...

I think shopping mall wouldn't go for highest mark with increase the Air-Cond temperature to 23 degree Celsius and above which will impact to the customer satisfaction.

Myself also have not so good experience when bought a certified GBI DSL house.... 1 of the requirement is to use the recycle materials for the construction which resulted the lower quality of the finishing....

Nope, the main boss got it free by converting reserve land to private land, then sell to a proxy for rm0.10 per sqM. The land has changed hands at least 3 times

Is normal, no developer will buy expensive land to build properties
usually they will convert the land to private, then sell to a proxy. later says want to develop that particular area and then this proxy will sell the land at "expensive" price. Like Tiger got big lot of lands in Temiang and already set to develop that land, sadly, his son lost during GE, so no development plan for Temiang area

Can't remember who asked whether the club house has sauna facility or not, here you go. Not only sauna room, it has a steam room as well. Actually not sure what's the difference... hehe...
