As far as I know, Seremban 2 got Maybank, CIMB and Hong Leong bank..  BSS if not mistaken don't have any bank yet..

Oversea bank such as OCBC, UOB, HSBC, SCB still in Seremban old town, in additional to those local banks such as Maybank, Cimb bank, Hong Leong, Public, Ambank, Alliance, RHB, etc.

SRJK BSS student number increase from 12 to 34 in 2017..   

But majority still in Seremban old town lah..

Not true, what I understand SJKT in BSS attarct more students than SRJK C BSS in year 1, there are significant number of Indian live in BSS.

Matrix Concepts once again has
successfully built a Tamil school in
the bustling township of Bandar Sri
Sendayan at Persiaran 1 Sendayan
Bayu. This 90-year-old school which has
been relocated to Bandar Sri Sendayan
from Rantau came into the limelight in
2009 when it was going to be closed
down due to a single-digit enrolment in
an oil palm plantation.
The construction of this SJK (T) Ladang
Bukit Bertam started early 2016 this year
and was completed within 9 months, as
to meet the operating period starting
in 2017. The school was handed over to

the Lembaga Pengelola Sekolah Tamil
(School Board of Governors) on early
December 2016.
The approvals were obtained by the
leadership and good deed of Chief
Minister of Negeri Sembilan, YAB Dato’
Seri Utama Haji Mohamad bin Haji
Hasan. The Chief Minister of Negeri
Sembilan had requested housing
developer Matrix Concepts Holdings
Berhad to build the school, comprising
a block with classrooms. The overall
expenses of this 6 acres new Tamil school
cost approx. RM10 million, with a land
cost of RM5 million and construction
cost RM5 million.

Bayu再次捐建了一间淡小学校。在 2009
年，拥有 90年历史的淡小，因学生人数
骤减而面临关闭困境，而引起关注。该
间淡小原本坐落在林茂通宁宜大路的一
处园丘学校，随后被迁校至达城。
这间武吉帕当园丘淡小是在今年初进行
施工兴建，并在 9个月内竣建，於 2017年
启用开课。此校是在 2016年 12月时移交
了给学校董事会。
该校是获得州务大臣的通过，并要求金
群利集团协助建一幢新课室的校舍。此
6英亩的淡小学校斥资约 1000万令吉，
土地成本 500万令吉及建筑成本 500万
令吉。
该校董事长兼金群利董事拿督罗杰在接
领仪式上致词说，该校可容纳 400名学生
并设建有 100个座椅的视听室、多用途
礼堂、足球场、科学实验室，生活技能
室，及食堂，可以让学生在舒适的环境
下学习更好。
到目前为止，共有 102名学已经开始就
读，学生大多来自达城和周围的社区
居民。
“The school is built to cater up to 400
students and completed with facilities
such as an auditorium with 100 seats,
multi-purpose hall, football fields,
science lab, lab for living & social skills
and canteen as well to create an ease
environment for the students to help
them learn better”, said Chairman
of School Board of Governers, Dato’
Logendran, who is also one of the Board
of Director of Matrix Concepts.
As to date, 102 students has started
their session mostly from BSS residents
and surrounding neighborhoods

There are some forces out there keep on bashing BSS... their real motive is unclear but for sure have their own agenda. 

More update on RMAF Sendayan Training Academy

“The Sendayan site only covers 300ha compared with Sg Besi PUKL’s 194.4ha.

“Besides, we have bought many pieces of land to replace those used to build the new facilities,” he said.
Azmar said apart from modern military equipment, Sendayan would be equipped with the largest RMAF training centre, sports facilities such as equestrian, football fields and futsal centre, facilities for water sports and an Islamic centre.

Following the Prince of Japan visit to Malaysia, he has brought over a few bus loads of potential japanese investors to Sendayan TechValley last weekend. I heard the land price of Sendayan is going up day by day!

Look again BSS located in the intersection of Parcel A High Tech and industrial park and Parcel B Integrated transport district.  The blue line is road from Nilai while red line is NS Highway. BSS at the best of both worlds haha.

Based on Ho Chin Soon, SKLIA Highway should be ready by 2020/2021.
