If you're working at Lukut or PD or S2, then fairly new DSL below RM400k is a good buy. If you're working at Seremban town or Senawang, no.
Current BSS residents complained about traffic jam heading to/from S'Ban town the most. Bottleneck at S2 flyover, near the tols, Jln Sg Ujong and Jln Rasah. Next is the lack of petrol station. Nearest being the Petronas at S2.
Just for comparison:
DSL at Ampangan, 22x70, very cheap finishing, MALAY reserve, RM360k. SOLD OUT.
Nusa Intan, SSL, near Paroi. RM350k, now at don't know 4th or 5th phase. Sold over 1000 units d.

Thank you for the info, I'll hold on to my retirement fund, still dreaming of 100k SSL with land for some fruit trees and bbq biggrin.gif

Seremban joins the HSR elite

I would say Seremban West ie BSS, S2 & Labu enjoy more benefit than Seremban East (old town) mainly due to distance from HSR.

Together with incentives to be provided in MVV, Seremban West shall shine icon_idea.gif
It is a well-known fact that whenever a HSR train stops at a certain town, the economic status of the city as well as the standard of living of the people around it will grow many fold. This is what happened to the sleepy town of Daejeon in South Korea, which transformed into a transportation hub as soon it was announced that it would be one of the stopover stations for Korea’s HSR.

*
Daejeon, did not tranformed into a transportation hub because of HSR, it was already a transportation hub way before HSR
and ...... they got brains to put HSR where it can be utilised tongue.gif

Now, Daejeon, which is the fifth largest metropolitan city in South Korea, sits at the crossroads of the country’s transportation routes and is one of the republic’s epicentre for science and technology.
*
Daejeon, population only increase lots after it become one of South Korea's Goverment Administrative hub
....... didn't we already got putrajaya?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Daejeon#History

Just having a HSR station does not make for a transportation hub

I paid already. But the clause mention that if I sign snp within 14 days then I will be entitle for the 2%.seeing my loan has yet to get any result, I write in to ask for extension, but they reject me as they said this is the sop and no one can change it🙄 so insist though. Then keep saying can la you just dun sign la so u will not entitle the 2% lo, as simple as that🙄this really make me pissed off. Thought that rebate is a good offer to attract buyer, but now seems like is a bargaining power for them to "force" people sign snp asap. And yet the snp is not well prepared but a vacant one🙄

Back to the blank snp topic, I shot back the sales person how can he expect me to sign a blank snp, then he reply me aiya ok la then I ask lawyer to key in ur details lo then I send you again and you please make sure you sign ya😨 I was like what? A complete snp with buyer details and unit details is a REQUEST but not a MUST do thing from developer ke?
I never know this developer can do things this way😕

Why buy an incomplete house? why commit to a loan to something that you wont know until it is delivered? What happen if the delivered product is not up to expectation?

Lots of subsale houses available around in seremban (Lot of houses for sale in BSS also)
You;ve got the money, now go shop wisely biggrin.gif
