I am not saying the business will do extremely well there, you know this kind of business is like cafe in a condo, no exposure, just provide a basic service to the residence only.
If Movida can maintain their quality and like you say the food is cheap, i think they will do ok. The worst business there is the japanese and malay restaurant, they will probably go first if business doesn't pick up. This post has been edited by neonikson1: Oct 14 2015, 12:56 PM |
