I lodged a complaint with SKMM on 19 Oct. Just received a call from TM HQ pertaining my complaint. I was told the RM199 is actually inclusive of 600 minutes voice call (land & mobile). I told him that I don't even use the phone in my house and I want RM 20.00 discount.
He directed me to any TM Point and get the paperwork done for the discount. According to him, not many of the TM Point branches are aware of this discount. So, he gave me his direct line number, if any case, the officer from the TM Point branch can call him for verification.
I will be going to TM Point (Bukit Raja), hope the officer there is fully aware.

Thanks in advance. Yup, online. Here is the link - SKMM Ultimately, you need to complaint to SKMM for faster response. Basically, my journey took me 4 days - from complaining up till receiving call from TM HQ. Check your PM, sent you the number.
