He directed me to any TM Point and get the paperwork done for the discount. According to him, not many of the TM Point branches are aware of this discount. So, he gave me his direct line number, if any case, the officer from the TM Point branch can call him for verification.

I will be going to TM Point (Bukit Raja), hope the officer there is fully aware.

Did you lodge your complaint online? Can you advise how to do so? Or can you share the guy's number so I can similarly go to TM Point and get it done? Thanks in advance.
