Can someone help me? I just upgraded from VIP5 to 30mb this weekend, somehow my connection is slower now than ever.
Here are my speedtest results, taken around 5-6pm: Local:  Singapore:  US Los Angeles:  US New York:  Europe, Germany:  Tokyo, Japan:  Again, this is on a supposedly '30mbps' package.
