my vip 10 mb very slow, but did speedtest can go up to 9mb. stream youtube & update apps very slow. sigh, anyone else facing this same as me in Klang?

Konon-nya free upgrade from 10mbps to 30mbps at only RM179 excluding GST.

They basically free me 10 hours of free calling hyptv for annexa i think. Not interested in hyptv.

I remember this promo few months back. Keep reject them but still coming back. In the end, i took the offer as only RM10 difference. I even asked the TM Telesales person then what happened to those who paying RM199? She said, "you lucky la, i dont know what happen for RM199 earlier"

You should complain to them. Its very unfair to other customers like that
