Guys, I'm on Unifi 30 and recently Facebook and YouTube are generally crawling. Speedtest.net is ok. But that's probably because it's a local server. Anyone else experiencing this? I'd rather go back to Unifi 10 than stick with this.

I'm on Unifi Advance 30, which I upgraded to from my previous Unifi10 when they called me about one or two months ago. I think I'm paying RM 229 before GST monthly... god knows how to comprehend their bill, it's embarrassing how confusing and cluttered it looks.

Anyway I see that the current promotion is RM 209 for my package... how do I get the promotion price? Surely I'm not being penalized RM20 per month just because I signed up earlier?
