About to upgrade to unifi this weekend

I have upgrade from 10mbps to 30mbps.

The problem im facing now is when i am playing online video like youtube, initially it will play for fews second but then it will pause for another few seconds and continue to play again. I try few devices (smartphone, tablet, laptop) tested, all result is same.The loading is not stable (slow) compare to the previous 10mbps connection.

I've make complaint to TM, they check everything is OK with the connection even i invite them to my house to have troubleshoot. Until now they still havent solve my problem.

Does anyone here facing this situation as mine?

Thinking of upgrading to 30Mbps ..since its not stable might as well I wait till next year....

Mine can also.. using ori modem and router can get 30Mbps. but will drop if further from router to around 24Mbps

Hello Sifu , Currently im using Steamyx 4mbs and i planned to upgrade to unifi. I'm Moderate download user and play online games most of the time. Should i go for VIP10 or Unifi Advance Plan 50mps ?
