Didn't the cash back follow the statement date?
10th of every month is statement date, but the first page mention the pool start at 11th of every month

Which one correct?

u all didn't get the 11-11-2018 cash back due to a lot of ppl already spend at 12:01am at 11-11-2018 to buy stuff.

I did not receive CB for Dec 2018 despite spend at 11-12-2018.

When I call them they say CB pool finished. How to ask them to check?
