already 5 days pass since the statement date but havent able to view estatement from their website

The total cash rebate is petite, take this for example:

2% Cash Back for Online and Overseas spending every day* (exclude insurance, mobile and utility bill payments)

* Cash Back is capped at RM25 per ÆON BiG Credit Card account per month subject to total Cash Back of RM15,000 per month for each of the spending categories

15000 / 25 = 600 user only, after 600 user used up, the then cash back pool finished

May I know the cash back pool is restart at statement cycle or calendar month cycle?
