Just got my Aeon Big Card last week. I have a few question.

1. It is not stated on the terms and conditions or the brochure that we can pay via GIRO to Citibank and the account number put in our credit card number? So is it legit?

2. Regarding the 12x swipe for AF waiver, can I pay my unifi RM30 each time? say if my unifi billed is RM150, does that mean I did 5x swipe already?

Hi, I saw my CC statement already available on their online website, however when I click either the "view" or "download", it open a new windows and said "Unable to Load PDF". Any one facing this issues before?

Wait for few more days, normally they send to your email then only can generate. AEON is very slow in generating statement

Normally when you get the error, it simply means the statement is yet to be generated.

This card looks nicer and more useful than Aeon Gold. I might apply.

for free PPL access, can we bring companion?

You can provided you are also present and you have another card that entitles for PPL to swipe your companion in.
