But this morning I retry again, same thing showing Payment Failed on Shopee, but received SMS from Aeon the payment was charged to my card. Shopee still showing my item was pending payment. 2% online & oversea CB appeared under unbilled transactions, did some testing and found out that I have 1 transaction which fell on 8th has no CB. So can safely assume CB pool ran out within 1 week or even earlier.
