I faced same problem for Aug 28 vs Sep 28. I swiped Sep 28 at like 10-11AM and no CB. Aug CB posted even though swipe came >12PM

Normally settlement from POS terminal only contains transaction date but not transaction time. Secondly AEON BIG acquiring bank is Maybank and not AEON Credit.

Therefore it all depend on when the cashier perform settlement on the POS terminal that capture your transaction. Your transaction may be performed at 10am but if the settlement is only done at 3pm, the transaction will be sent out later than those terminal that was settled earlier.

In credit card system, it's not practical to give rebate based on d term "1st come 1st serve", coz u can't really link it to transaction time. It all depends on when the transaction reached AEON for settlement.

For me, I will only hope for the 5% rebate for AEON BIG member. The additional 5% for Thank You Member Day is bonus if I am lucky enough.

the 2% online cash back also subject to a pool of RM15,000 a month on a first come first serve basis. Has everyone been getting the 2% online cash back (as it the pool has never depleted in a month) consistently? Thinking of getting this to delay the payment to Aeon CC

I paid on end of the month last month, got rebate in Oct statement, note that the quota refreshes on 11th of every month.

my aeon card have yet setup the pay pin, so annoy to find nearest aeon machine just to setup. now pin expired, need to request new one. just great

if i buy rm100, member discount 5% become rm95, then instant rebate 5% for aeon gold card? then 5% or 10% cash rebate? I'm confused...
total cash rebate is how much?

RM100 after member discount becomes RM95
you pay RM95 using aeon cc, get 5% on RM95 only - will be reflected in your cc statement, not on the receipt, so effectively slightly less than 10%

AEON Big start use new POS terminal which u need to key in pin if u use paywave to swipe amount more than RM250.

U need to put the card on top of the new POS terminal. No longer the old model which u put the card on the device facing infront of u.

hi any 1 having issue for e statement for october? I jz convert my aeon watami visa card to aeon gold big card this month seems that my statement file that sent to me was corrupted or got error issue causing it cant be open. However when i tried to check my balance on their website it didnt show amount!? can i not pay lol !

Did you receive estatement via email? Should be no issue opening the attachment.
