use points as cash at counter, in fact you can redeem whatever points you have, don't need to wait till 10k

I just confirmed with cs at aeonbig sj, 15000 points=rm75. If use points to redeem aeon voucher rm50=12500 points (from aeon credit website).

This was what I was looking for.

Conclusion: charge other non cb transactions to aeonbig card, use the points to buy groceries at aeon big.

Exceptions: charge non cb transactions to cards with 5x points whenever u get 5x, e.g. mbb amex, probably more worth it.

charged my card in SGD on 21/9.. check my unbill amount 1SGD=MYR 3.105..seem like the 1% charges is no longer valid...quite expensivve tho

didn't get my 5% rebate when pay at posonline with CIMB (I did got it last month, this is my second time pay via posonline). called CIMB and they said it's because of the date I paid and the rebate will be reflected in my next bill.

let see if that's true, or there is no more rebate.

also CIMB said the maximum rebate is RM30 only. Meaning paying anything above 600, rugi already.

When is the posting date? If after 28th will be considered next month. I got it for September cash back with no issue because posted on 28th.

do you guys always get the cash rebate for the aeonbig card on 28th or visa paywave? seems like cash pool is small.

paywave 5% discount is finish on 28th. It is refresh again on 10th.

28th 5% discount not sure. I thought it is limited to RM100 per card and no shared cash pool?

I also didn't get mine for Sep 28th member day spending, though the purchase was at around 1pm on that day. Called up CS and as usual they said rebate is first come first serve. Rebate pool dried up at 1pm??? Next time maybe has to camp outside Aeon Big at 8am

Well, that's still related to CIMB and has nothing to do with AEON. You paid via PosOnline using CIMB card and CIMB didn't give you cash back.

Maybe there is a system maintenance going on. Where did you swipe for PTPTN? Maybe can try pay from Jompay too?

I paid at counter. Erm, never try before. PTPTN via JomPay can use credit cards? Not all JomPay allows credit cards payment right?

Saw someone posted about it. So need to find an online card that gives rebate for Jompay transactions.

Most of the cards don't give cash back for JomPay.
