With the implementation of the new system on ASW2020, i will be assuming that many OTC officers will be more reluctant to try for us (non HNW clients) based on what i heard that the new system is very tedious compared to the old system..

No choice..  blush.gif
*
the new system kinda slow. loading problem esp in agents banks sweat.gif

take up more time compare with old system doh.gif

New system start ady? The form still used the existing one or new one (like asm)?
*
what I mean was the new system for ASM kinda slow. teller have to wait for a moment for the screen to load before can do anything.

so I assuming the upcoming new system for asw2020 also same problem nod.gif

form use the same one like ASM icon_rolleyes.gif

*

If the account number for ASM and ASW2020 are the same, would it affect our flexibility to try over the counter?

If curious as I heard many opinions about this.. blush.gif

Few years back when i was doing sales, an officer from RHB informed me that once all funds has been upgraded, a person can only try once over the counter but i am not sure whether the one time refers the chance to try deposit in multiple different FP, or can only opt to try for 1 FP at a time..

Which means if i have three FP funds, i can only opt to try one of the three funds over the counter.. if not successful, i need to try again by taking number again..

But this information is not validated..
*
tis I think because the banks don't want to have 1 customer doing transaction OTC take long time. it may affect their KPI sweat.gif thus take another number. so when u take another number, u consider as another customer laugh.gif

QUOTE(HJebat @ Nov 17 2015, 02:53 PM)
Today took an unplanned hunting trip to ASNB & CIMB.

According to an ASNB staff:
- a new ASW passbook will definitely be put into action on 23/11/15
- unitholders can replace their old passbook to the new one beginning next Monday
- just bring along IC & old passbook for the change
- only be able to switch for oneself, not other third party account (except for children under age 18)

According to a CIMB staff:
- ratified every detail as stated by the ASNB staff
- the supply of new ASW passbooks has arrived & is available for use next week
- staff was not send to complete a training course, but was informed about the whole lot of conversion through emails

Things that slipped my mind a.k.a. forgot to inquire:
1. Real-time ASW unit availability through the new system
2. The something very interesting is coming soon, probably in the first quarter of 2016 as posted by Mr Gray a few days ago

Sekian, harap maklum.

thanks for the report.

yaya next week I can change to new passbook rclxm9.gif

and waste petrol & parking money sweat.gif
