Eva Carneiro leaves Chelsea with club braced for legal battle after doctor's pitchside row with manager Jose Mourinho Chelsea and Eva Carneiro are understood to have parted company, with the Premier League champions now bracing themselves for what could prove an expensive legal battle. The now former Chelsea first team doctor was ordered to return to work last Friday for what would have been her first appearance at the club's Cobham training ground since an incident during the Premier League encounter with Swansea City on August 8. But Carneiro did not show up and according to club insiders she had still not been seen there today, with it now clear that she has in fact departed the club. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/...e-Mourinho.html

QUOTE(gmhafiz @ Sep 23 2015, 11:32 AM) One of us! I agree that he should be red carded for his shove against Koscielny. But in no way it was violent warranted for 3 match ban. ok la, costa 3 match ban. but dont understand why Gabriel's red card was lifted. just because Mike Dean 2nd card was a straight red instead of a 2nd yellow? the incident actually had nothing to do with him, he just came and grab Costa from behind which started all their confrontation.

QUOTE(Alexdino @ Sep 23 2015, 05:06 PM) only in malaysia, u tak suka u keluar, in england they make it racial/gender discrimination. Well, if she quits, she quits. She is popular but not irreplaceable as first team doctor. I hope she doesn't make a big deal out of this and sues Mourinho/Chelsea.

QUOTE(dynames07 @ Sep 23 2015, 05:30 PM) yup. heard about that as well. but what i posted just now was purely based on her action to come into field to treat hazard. if it was due to her post, than i am not sure about it no doubt Mourinho is in the wrong, he went overboard with the blaming. but i just hope Eva dont come back and sue us for sexism. and i doubt there is any sexism involved as well when both Eva and Jon Fearn was called back to the training grounds, and only Jon showed up for work. dont really know whats going on behind the scenes. only can speculate, but this kind of things always unsettle people at the club. in any case, hope this goes away soon. and get a new hot medic

QUOTE(Kerplunk @ Sep 23 2015, 08:39 PM) Yup Jose surely took it a step too far,but eva wasn't too smart either by thanking her 'supporters' on facebook. Going up against your boss in public for whatever issue is never a good solution. Is our game being broadcast tomorrow morning? dont think there's going to be TV broadcasting for the match. best can do is stream radio commentary from ChelseaTV. please correct me if i am wrong

Chelsea ready to keep fighting Diego Costa ban QUOTE Chelsea are prepared to keep fighting Diego Costa’s retrospective ban by demanding an arbitration hearing if the club are not satisfied with the Football’s Association’s written reasons for the decision. The FA on Tuesday confirmed that Costa’s appeal against a three-match retrospection suspension for his clash with Arsenal defender Laurent Koscielny had been rejected by an Independent Regulatory Commission. Chelsea are furious with the decision and the fact that Arsenal defender Gabriel had his three-match ban for kicking out at Costa overturned. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/...-Costa-ban.htmlThis post has been edited by yokoloco: Sep 23 2015, 10:41 PM

QUOTE(froggyx @ Sep 25 2015, 08:35 AM) I toght she got trouble because she went to social media..not because of the incident...but one can always say that she went to social media because of the incident...hmmmm... well, jose was shouting and scolding (as usual) at both Eva and Jon when they run back to the sideline from the pitch. after she went on social media, Mourinho took them off the bench. when chelsea recalled them back to the training grounds to work, Jon showed and Eva just quit and filed for law suit. she's suing that Jose called her sexist language and dismiss her because of sexism i think chelsea has stronger grounds to win this since Jon also kena, but he came back to work This post has been edited by yokoloco: Sep 25 2015, 08:54 AM

QUOTE(briantwj @ Sep 25 2015, 10:06 AM) Well, tbh, it all started when Eva use the woman card and posted it in social media. Kinda make sense oso la. If ur boss not satisfy wif ur work, then u post in social media about ur boss? That is like asking for trouble for me. 1) unsettling the team / organization. Everything can be settle behind closed doors, dun nid to go public and show everyone. If Eva could have go into Mou's office and discuss with him. Worse case is she kena fire la. All of this negative news would not have surfaced. if she went and talk to Mourinho and got fired, i think she has even stronger grounds to fight for unfair dismissal. already panggil dia balik kerja but didnt. and Jon did. silly drama in the office. hope this blows over fast. got titles to defend and more to win. no time for this shit. need to sign the other medic also since we got a open slot

QUOTE(briantwj @ Sep 25 2015, 10:12 AM) due to our onfield poor performance, this kind of off field stuff are blown to even bigger proportion. Need a win against Newcastle this week, our records recently against them have not been that good. A resounding 2-0 win seems juz nice. Goal from Hazard and Costa, both assisted by Fab. Costa banned lol. Remy against Newcastle
