Eva Carneiro leaves Chelsea with club braced for legal battle after doctor's pitchside row with manager Jose Mourinho

Chelsea and Eva Carneiro are understood to have parted company, with the Premier League champions now bracing themselves for what could prove an expensive legal battle.

The now former Chelsea first team doctor was ordered to return to work last Friday for what would have been her first appearance at the club's Cobham training ground since an incident during the Premier League encounter with Swansea City on August 8.

But Carneiro did not show up and according to club insiders she had still not been seen there today, with it now clear that she has in fact departed the club.

costa was banned for 3 games.. this is pretty much expected. but gabriel's got his red card retracted. massive double standard by the english FA..

later in the season arsenal fans will come again with FA being biased to them yada yada..

So Costa will miss the games against Watsall, Newcastle & Soton....time for Falcao & Remy to grab their opportunity...

As expected, since Costa no form, this is a good time for him to work out

1st of all, eva... . If mou punish u due to going on the field I understand but if mou punish u because of the status, u should just apologize. Now we loss onr great and sexy butt doctor.

This clearly is JM fault, they are just doing their job and is clearly the ref have wave them to come on pitch. I can understand JM frustration act on the pitch but to bring this to media at post match is just too much. CHELSEA board have no choice but to stick with JM on this, hope RA will step in and settle this matter behind close door instead of dragging it to court.

I agree that he should be red carded for his shove against Koscielny. But in no way it was violent warranted for 3 match ban.

ok la, costa 3 match ban. but dont understand why Gabriel's red card was lifted. just because Mike Dean 2nd card was a straight red instead of a 2nd yellow?
the incident actually had nothing to do with him, he just came and grab Costa from behind which started all their confrontation.

3 match ban for that... i've seen worst goes unpunished... well done FA... u once again proved u r farking bias towards non-English players...

time for falcao to prove his worth in full 90 minutes

Violent conduct. I've seen cats getting into fights 10 times more violent than that!hahaha. Plus they retracted gabriel's red card,how nice.

Yeah keep it up FA,turn a blind eye to all those stupid and reckless 2 footed lunges/mid-air elbows and punish those petty little handbags involving players you're not fond of, bravo!

Mehh no surprises at the end of the day.What's most important is the 3 points and thank you arsenal for helping us kickstart our epl season.
