Hello, my hotlink number(+6017-200 xxxx) inactive. Please advise what should I do to get it back.

I have the same problem. I made a top up of 100 RM at the end of March. I assumed my number/sim would be active for 6 months. I tried to top up today, but sim doesn't work, nor does the Hotlink application or web top up at hotlink website. They all say my number is not valid.
