 Please change my language to English

Hello Hotlink

I purchased the 365 day tablet only sim yesterday (data only, no calls/sms)
But I cannot change the language from Malay to English - and the Hotlink Red app is also in Malay.
No sms or calls, so I cannot access 122

SIM is 896001141122324848

Thanks for any help. I have uninstalled the Hotlink Red app on my Samsung Note 8 until my service language is changed to English

Is there any self-help way to change language on these data only tablet sims?

For the Hotlink Red apples, the language setting can be done via the apps it self. Once you login, from the list, choose 'AKAUN SAYA'. In 'TETAPAN' column, below you will see 'language'. Click 'language' to change to English.

There is no language change option under TETAPAN in this app, please see screenshots. Even Maxis store staff could not change it, they also looked for this setting. It is not there.

Please change my service language for the sim card to English. The app is automatically retrieving language settings OTA when it installs & loads for the first time
