Anyone got any recommendation for motoriZed blinds ?

The last time I asked, they wanted a crazy price. They say each panel can cost a couple of thousand ringgit.
i myself interested in the solar powered ones - http://www.curtainblinds.com.my/product/so...-blinds-system/

I see in china got sell all these for DIY etc and they are cheap compare to what they are asking for here

please share what you know later on

Just get from china. Insatllation is not difficult. Save a lot.

problem is got to DIY
you see this roller blind like very simple - go up go down only but my blind guys came over so many times to adjust things. sometimes left and right side no align properly, sometimes one too high, one too low. And thats only the normal blinds already so much problems

That 1 newcomer is it. I think you can install better than him. tongue.gif

All my whatever blind is install by myself. With an impact drill, level gauge, measurement tape and screw driver, the job is easy.

i also dun understand why. factory people have to come adjust. bangala workers but work many years, can speak english
etc.
i dont remember having so much problems in my last house (also using blinds)

If you can install a TV bracket, this 1 close 1 eye la.

Use normal blind and roll with hand less troublesome if in future spoilt and money wasted.

Some blind like double space height have difficult to use hand. There are too tall and heavy.

And when using hand, your force will be pulling down while slide with such height blind. Later on whole blind will be fall down and spoil the track.

That is when motorize come in handy.

Definitely understand use hand will be low maintenance. Is nice to have motorized blind
