Hi,

I am trying to connect my Asus RT-N12 with DD-WRT installed. I think I need to set up a VLAN 621. I have the TM modem, but I cannot get a WAN IP from the modem, and I cannot connect to the internet.

I can't use OpenWRT as it does not have wifi with my particular router. Can anyone help?

Thanks

Since then, I've given up on DD-WRT as it doesn's seem to support VLan port 621 only up to 15.

Instead I have moved to Tomato - Shibby which supports VLAN 621 and I configured it using these settings:

However, I still can't connect to maxis.

Does anyone have the full set of settings required to get Tomato working? I have been reading this thread https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/2384890/+260 which would suggest it works. (I don't need VoIP) I just need to connect to the internet.

Any suggestions?

Thanks.

Your VLAN ID is 621 and 802.11p supposed to be 0.

If not, please do direct PPPoE from PC to TM modem at LAN 2 and test.
