Bank likes loaded one. They will offer credit card, free gift, lounge, priority banking no need to queue, serve Kopi, special exchange rate, etc etc.

Poor one ? Need to queue, higher rate, panalty kao kao if late payment, sue u etc.....

5.0 is consider very high interest rate..hv u try few bank?

yes 4.5 normally. but i did 4.45 for this project before because customer profile grading is A, easier to appeal for better rate, 5% maybe is CIMB or RHB? sometime it depends with bank also.

one question on RUMAWIP or whatever affordable housing scheme property:

if say someone qualify for RUMAWIP and purchase one, then subsequently within a year, goes out and buys a high end 1M RM condo, will the authorities check and tarik balik the rumawip from this person?

only no property in KL will do...

anyway, after approved, the future is no issue...
