Somehow since this sells at RM198k, getting the 90% loan would be around RM178k.
Bank usually will use this reason, loan amount is not more than RM200k/250k, so the interest rate shall not be that ideally low. Usually around 5.0%.
Somehow, these rumahWIP are catered for low-med income group, why the higher interest rates?
