 Taobao Global Direct Shipping - experiences?, The good and the bad

hi all, really need some advise here.

i have purchased on taobao from 2 different sellers, choose consolidate shipping via dex-i (abx) and just received my package today. Problem is, one of the parcel in the package is not mine. it was someone else's parcel wrongly sent to me. so I only received one correct parcel and a wrong one. What should be my next course of action? contact the seller or warehouse directly? this should be the warehouse mistake i believe. hope someone can advise me on this. thanks in advance.

okie will try that first, thanks for your advise. if they ask me to send back the wrong parcel should I do that? shipping gonna cost alot sad.gif

then should I ask for refund from the seller? technically is not the seller's mistake, is the forwarder who packed wrongly. Now I worry forwarder will ask me to send the wrong parcel back to them only they send me the correct one. Hmm.. in this case can I request for refund from the seller? or is it the forwarder shall bear the cost and send me again the parcel at their cost?

speaking based on my experience, taobao refunded the correct item that i should have received and let me keep the wrong item.
