1- Depends on which shipment you choose, there are 2 type. 2- Depends on which you choose as well, single order ( you have to make payment when you buy -in once ), combine order ( you need to pay seperately, first time for items, 2nd time for shipping fees after they received all the items and calculate the weight)
3- Yes, you can. Online transfer, most of the bank supported.
4- Depends on which courier, so far my experience ( skynet) 7-12days.
*if anything goes wrong , can go for refund.
