Hi All,
I need help and don't know what to do. I receive my package on 27th November but the package is missing one big items. I have checked taobao for the big item's status and Skynet delivery tracking ID for the overseas waybill number. Both are showing delivered. What should i do now? Really appreciate if someone can give me a good advice here. Thank you |

Hi, does anyone knows if I need to engage external forwarder for those bulky and large items like sofa, bedframe and tv cabinet frame with more than 60kg? Or can just direct from taobao shipping?
