My first experience using consolidated sea shipping.

I usually use consolidated air for smaller packages (<3kg) but this time my order was about 12kg altogether so I decided to try out sea shipping (cause it was cheaper haha)

Local courier was Citylink - it was quite hard at the beginning to track the parcel but other than that it went well

My parcel has been stuck at customs for over 9 days (sea shipping). Usually my parcels would clear customs in 2-3 days but this is the first time it's taking this long. Checked with customer service and it seems that there's a delay on customs inspection side (not sure exactly why)

Another parcel just arrived Malaysia yesterday and I doubt that one will be cleared fast as well

Anyone else experienced anything similar?

Update: Received my parcels on the 13th lol. Just bought another round of stuff today so let's see how long customs will take this time
